Obstacles / Challenges:

  • Facility Usage (conference room, outdoor space nearby)
  • Time Management (before/after work, lunch break, late afternoon during work)
  • Shower Facilities (none/end of day, none/low intensity, some/pack towel & change of clothes)

Scheduling:

  • 1-2 days a week, 30-45 minute sessions (1 hour sessions available)
  • 2-6 people ($60 1/wk, $50 2/wk) – $8 per employee 7+
  • back to back sessions available at discounted rates

Procedure:

  • Warm-up [6-8 minutes]
  • Small game [5 minutes]
  • Workout [10-12 minutes]
  • Competition [7 minutes]

  • Dynamic Stretching with Ice-breaker [Productivity]
  • MB hot potato [Morale]
  • 3×3 min abs and legs
  • putting/chipping competition [Morale]

Example Workout 2

  • Yoga Stretching [Destress]
  • Athletic Puzzle [Team Building]
  • 2×5 minute cardio
  • MB distance competition [Morale]

Example Workout 3 (Red Team v Blue Team)

  • Dynamic Stretching
  • MB target throwing [Morale]
  • 4×2 minute – Fitness Relays [Team Building]
  • Burpee competition
