Although we avoid mindlessly sending our clients on machines, the facilities are a great place for utilizing dumbbells, medicine balls, cardio circuits, speed ladders, and a lot more. And on days that we don’t meet, we encourage our clients to stick to preset plans that include cardio machines such as the treadmill, elliptical, or pool. Don’t be afraid to run outside in the beautiful Atlanta weather.
