Getting into shape and keeping fit can be a fun and rewarding experience.  At Sunlight Fitness, we hope to provide a positive environment for the client. Our passionate trainers will create a dedicated workout plan that will accomplish each individual’s goal.

Serving the Greater Atlanta area, including Dekalb, Fulton, Cobb and Gwinnett counties, Sunlight Fitness offers its training sessions outside in the beautiful weather at places nearest to you. Exercising outdoors allows for more natural movements and adventurous workout routines. To provide for the needs of our clients, we even offer home visits.

Weight Management: An emphasis will be placed on burning calories and cardiovascular fitness. Each client will be individually assessed so that the proper amount of stress is provided. Additionally, the workouts will be fast paced with bursts of strength training incorporated for each session.

New to Exercise? Want to Stay Fit? We have the right program for YOU!

New to Exercise: Trying something for the first time can be scary and an For first-timers, workouts cover all the basics, including an introduction to cardiovascular training, flexibility, strength training, and general health principles, in a supportive environment. In addition to providing instruction, we’ll teach the science behind each exercise component.

Staying Fit: Although you’ve been exercising for years, you need extra help.  Our goal for these clients is to find a way to make exercise fun again.  We add new exercises that you’ve never done before and create new goals for you to accomplish to help keep things fresh and exciting.

Strength training to firm up your body

Strength Training: Some clients enjoy maintaining their cardiovascular fitness on their own, but need our help to become stronger and build muscle. We will help find exercises that cover all the major muscle groups utilizing appropriate exercise physiology. Like all our training, we will ensure proper form and process with all
strength training.

Like everything at Sunlight Fitness, our rates and packages can be individualized for different clients. There are standards rates for an individual or a group up to 3 people for a 30-minute session or an unlimited session. The unlimited sessions go until finished and are designed to last an hour, typically no longer than an hour and a half. Discounts are available for those purchasing multiple sessions or afternoon sessions. The best discounts are
offered to those that can commit to the same day and time for their workout session each week, allowing for easier scheduling of our trainers.

We care about you, your goals, and that you enjoy the experience. We use hundreds of different exercises mixed with dozens of different routines, so that new two workouts are the same. Thousands of possibilities!!!

Our exercises include: dynamic warm-up, medicine balls, plyometrics, core, abs, cardio, lower-body, dumbbells, complexes, upper-body, circuit training, combos, Olympic lifts, rope stretching, more core and more abs!
